relevence of satyagrah in 21st centuary~~

there's a long debate to what satyagrah is(was) known for...
 

It's a different time than the time Mahatma Gandhi lived in. So it needs to be ensured that whether the teachings of Gandhiji is relevent today or not.

 

Genrally the political leaders try to provide solutions to the problems prevalent in their own time. And by passing of the time their thoughts and modus opereandi of working needs changes or go obsolete. For instance, the great branch of thinking like communism has too gone through a sea change.

 

It is all to our thinking how we know him and how we take him.

Those who want to hear good about him read him in books, novels etc. And those who are happy in their paradoxical world will held him for the 1947 partition.

Mahatma Gandhi taught and practiced the peaceful relations between all the religious groups and sub-groups.

 

So keeping all the necessities of the modern time, we need Gandhi even more than we needed at the time of our independence movement
