DAY DREAMER

As the sun rays sparkle the lonely sky

the day has a new start

jotting down the voracious thoughts

I imagine, I eye

I’m the day dreamer

When I reopen my eyes

They seem to be twined

I wish for not facing this brutal world

Craving for a newer pearl

I don’t want to shine

I’m fine, when i hide

I’m the day dreamer

In sempiternal days, I imagine, I sigh

A world of my own

Swinging and unfolding thoughts in a row

I’m fine, when I hide

I’m the day dreamer

At nights, when i close my eyes

The only thought that makes me cry

Is that i can’t dream

BECAUSE I’M A DAY DREAMER
